p Ceremony & Reception - $400

• Video taken with a professional 3 CCD digital camera for high quality video
• Final product includes merging of ceremony and reception into a seamless production
• Consultation to ensure the items important to you are captured
• Up to 3 hours coverage at the reception-Additional time charged at $100 per hour

p The Eternal Love Package:  Includes Ceremony & Reception Coverage - $750

Examples of events and items to include in Eternal Love Package:

• Bridal/Couples Showers - invitations, photos, gift list....
• Up to 25 relationship photos to be scanned and included in video
• Bachelor/Bachelorette Party - when, where and anything else you want to remember
• Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner - menu, guest list, photos
• Getting Ready - photos and mementos of the bridesmaids ( hair, nails and make-up) and groomsmen preparing for the day
• Ceremony and Reception - the bulletin, the invitation, video clips from the ceremony and reception
• Honeymoon - photos, videos, itinerary, brochures and mementos from the honeymoon trip

·          Upon receipt of your signed contract and retainer of $50, SMP VIDEO reserves the time and date agreed upon,    and will not contract with any other parties for said time and date. For this reason, retainers are non-refundable if not cancelled in writing 45 days prior to wedding date. If SMP VIDEO is unable for any reason to perform the services agreed upon, we will refund your retainer.

·          It is the responsibility of the client(s) to secure permission of the church, synagogue or wedding facilities to videotape the ceremony. Retainer is non-refundable if facility officials prevent videotaping.

·          SMP VIDEO will abide by the rules of the church, synagogue or wedding facility regarding camera placement during the ceremony. Permission of facility officials is required before the camera(s) are set up.

·          SMP VIDEO will take paramount concern to produce a finished result of good quality. However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to - power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape stock. If taping is prevented due to such circumstances, the retainer will be refunded.

·          SMP VIDEO makes no guarantees, neither expressed nor implied, in regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed product.

·          SMP VIDEO reserves the right to use any or all of the videotape for promotional or other purposes.

·          Your satisfaction is SMP VIDEO’S primary goal. That said, you, the client(s), acknowledge that the finished product is a creative work, and as such, reasonable artistic license/discretion will be used in the filming and editing of the resulting video. Changes to the finished product will result in additional charges not allowed for in the contract.

·          Videographers will arrive approximately 1 – 2 hours prior to ceremony.

·          (3) Professionally packaged VHS copies are included.

·          Balance is due 24 hours prior to wedding day.

·          Video delivery approximately 1-2 weeks after wedding day.
